SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be sent to FREZYDERM's offices and you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. The order will be delivered to the address you have indicated by UPS.
After dispatch,

- UPS express deliveries take 2-5 business days
- UPS standard deliveries take 6-9 business days

FREZYDERM online store delivers products to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands

All orders are forwarded, sent and delivered on working days. Shipping cost is charged to the customer and is displayed during checkout. The customer is able to choose between two shipping options, UPS Express and UPS Standard (if it is available). The shipping cost varies, depending on the order amount, the shipping option chosen and the desired shipping address.
